Your training data stays connected to your coaching relationship.

Personal Besties is a private, invite-only coaching workspace. It stores the profile, goals, training plans, feedback and physiological test information that you or your coach provide.

Connected training data

If you connect Intervals.icu, Personal Besties receives read-only access to completed activities and wellness information you approve. Access tokens are encrypted. Calendar write access is not requested. You can disconnect at any time.

How data is used

Data is used to show your history, support coach-reviewed training decisions, estimate performance trends and identify signals that deserve attention. A plan is never automatically published without coach review.

Sharing and access

Your athlete dashboard is visible to you and your assigned coach. Other athletes cannot view it. Data is not sold or used for advertising.

Retention and deletion

Records remain available while the coaching relationship is active. Ask your coach through the dashboard to correct or delete your athlete record and connected data.
